I honestly cannot recommend Denise and her team enough. My dog Steffan required spinal surgery last year for a spinal disc protrusion, causing temporary paralysis in his hind legs. I honestly cannot recommend Denise and her team enough. My dog Steffan required spinal surgery last year for a spinal disc protrusion, causing temporary paralysis in his hind legs. I was recommend Canine Rehab by the hospital team for post operative follow-up, and Steffan received 4 months tailored physiotherapy and hydrotherapy under this amazing team. When we first started bringing him, he was still requiring a sling harness to support his back legs. He is now walking independently, and is almost back to his pre- injury abilities. From the moment we first attended, Denise was professional and incredibly caring, and always provided a relaxed environment for us all, constantly putting us at ease. The hydrotherapy helped strengthen Steffan’s back legs considerably, and he really seemed to enjoy all of his sessions here. He is now back to his cheeky, happy self which is a joy to see. I cannot speak highly enough of Denise, and just how knowledgeable she is, and it is clear that she cares so much for the animals that she encounters. Thank you so much Canine Rehab for everything, and for making a considerably stressful situation a much more positive one.

We took our dog Hank to the Canine Rehabilitation Centre for an assessment and hydro session, and the experience was outstanding. Dennis was absolutely amazing, her depth of knowledge, experience, and genuine care were obvious from the moment we arrived. She was incredibly patient with Hank, explained everything clearly, and made us feel completely confident in the plan moving forward. It’s rare to meet someone so skilled and so compassionate, and we’re incredibly grateful to have Dennis looking after Hank. We woul...

Denise and the team are fantastic! Skye had 10 sessions following her cruciate ligament surgery in october as part of her rehabilitation. She’s come on leaps and bounds. The team were always so welcoming and accommodating and fantastic with Skye. Skye loved going to her sessions, and loved the fuss (and treats) from the team. Thank you all so much!

After our little West Highland cross suffered a cruciate ligament injury and subsequent surgery, he lost so much muscle in his leg, he was finding walkies very uncomfortable and placing a lot of stress on his other legs. We are very grateful to have had this excellent service and would highly recommend it.

We highly recommend canine rehabilitation, Cardiff! Our 4 year old labrador, Benji, had an on-off limp & joint stiffness for many months, so we asked the vet for a referral. We highly recommend canine rehabilitation, Cardiff! Our 4 year old labrador, Benji, had an on-off limp & joint stiffness for many months, so we asked the vet for a referral. Denise & her team made us all feel welcome & completely at ease from the onset. Following an initial assessment in the clean, well equipped clinic, Denise clearly explained her findings & treatment options, and Benji received a combination of physiotherapy & hydrotherapy. We were also provided with top lifestyle advice & an optimum weight for Benji which he has reached with Denise's help! Benji loved going into clinic, he clearly adores Denise & is always enthusiastic to see her & jump straight on to the scales to show off his weightloss! Even after the initial treatment, we saw a dramatic improvement in Benji's mobility & spirits! He is no longer stiff & slow in the mornings, but wakes up with a bounce in his step & is just like a puppy again! Even our neighbours have commented on his longer stride & bounciness! It's not just Benji that feels better...as owners we felt reassured from the moment we met Denise that he was in good hands - her compassion & expertise shines through & we can't be more grateful for the difference she has made to all of our lives! Denise also handled all of our paperwork & insurance claims, which removed the stress from the process. Thank - you Denise! You really are an expert in your field, with so much compassion ❤️
