Anna at Veterinary Physio Clinic has been absolutely brilliant with our dog, Eleanor, who is currently dealing with a partial torn knee ligament. From the very start, Anna has taken a proactive and thoughtful approach, working closely with us to strengthen Eleanor ahead of her surgery while already putting a clear, structured plan in place for her recovery afterwards. Her knowledge and expertise are obvious in everything she does, but what really stands out is her patience and genuine care. Every time we visit, it’s clear she treats each animal with real attention and compassion. She takes the time to explain things properly, answer any questions, and make sure we feel confident in the process. Anna is incredibly easy to talk to and always makes both the owner and the animal feel like the top priority. We’ve seen such a positive impact already, and it’s reassuring knowing Eleanor is in such capable hands. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough.
