Our dog Milo has had a physio assessment and 3 treadmill hydro therapy sessions at the Centre. The staff have been fantastic and made him feel very comfortable and gone at his pace. They have also been great with us in providing advice. A very professional and friendly service. It is definitely helping our boy.

Malcolm Adler the owner of The Animal Rehabilitation Centre (ARC) may be a very good Hydrotherapist, but does he care about his animal patients and the business relationship with their owners, his customers? Malcolm Adler the owner of The Animal Rehabilitation Centre (ARC) may be a very good Hydrotherapist, but does he care about his animal patients and the business relationship with their owners, his customers? I will let you decide. After 26 sessions at the ARC ARC Animal Rehabilitation Centre over the last 19 months Malcolm Adler no longer wants to treat our dog. This is because we had the audacity to ask Malcom as a gesture of good will to not charge us the £35 cancelation fee for an appointment we could not make and had given 41 hours’ notice rather than the 48 hours’ notice Malcom requires under his T&C’s. Malcom was aware that we cancelled the appointment because our dog underwent an emergency operation yesterday at the excellent Chestnut Vets in Ware. He didn’t ask how she was or what had happened, his focus was purely on quoting his terms and conditions back to me.

A truly fantastic service here. Couldn't recommend highly enough. The friendly staff ensured our dogs happiness came first, now he can't wait to go see them! The service they provide and the explanation of their observations make what could be a very worrying time, all the easier to deal with.

I cannot fault this place. Everyone who works at ARC are very lovely and friendly people who truly care about every animal and owner that they meet. They worked wonders with my boy, Bran, who would not be here without them. In 3 weeks he went from being unable to stand, to walking on all 3 legs and swimming confidently. I highly recommend.

Malcolm, Victoria and the team were absolutely brilliant with our golden retriever Sasha and done everything to help her. We would highly recommend them to anyone needing help with their dog.
