My dog hates the vets and shows some big body language around his discomfort. Ellen took her time with him, and he now really enjoys his sessions. There has been a great improvement in his behaviour since he has become stronger, his reactivity has reduced. I’ve already recommended to friends and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services to others. 🩷

Tizzy started rehabilitation with Ellen and Katie in July 2025 for conservative management of her CCL tear. As she didn’t undergo surgery for this condition, we knew it wouldn’t be an easy journey. Ellen & Katie have been fantastic with our cockapoo Maddy. I think it's fair to say Maddy wasn't keen on hydrotherapy to start with, but both were so caring and gentle with her that by the end she was keen to get inside the building - if only to see "treat lady" when she successfully completed her sessions! We saw some great improvement in Maddy's walking over time following spinal surgery for a slipped disc and we were always given exercises to do at home and good advice. I'd recommend to anyone, particularly...

I'd recommend to anyone, particularly if your pet is nervous of clinical environments.

The team have been treating my 8.5 year old Labrador who has torn her Achilles tendon. We're doing everything to avoid her needing surgery with an incredible 3-d printed split, hands on physio and hydro therapy. She's making incredible progress I would highly recommend this knowledgeable, kind and caring team. Thank you

Ronnie is quite nervous and will bark at most people but he has come to love his physio and treadmill treatments with Ellen.. so much that he no longer barks and is very eager to get out of the car when we arrive!! I can't thank the team enough for helping get Ronnie back on track.
