I would 100% recommend Jump In Dog Therapy Pool for anyone considering it. It is a completely safe space for dogs, including reactive dogs due to their one way system. The pool is huge and incredibly clean. All of the team working there are knowledgeable, supportive and kind. My dog wasn't sure at first as at 3yrs old I hadnt seen him swim (which was why I took him), now he loves it, cannot wait to get in and zooms round the changing room when he has finished. If in doubt try it, it is a great way to relationship b...

One of the best decisions I’ve made to get in touch with the guys at Jump. From the moment they (quickly) responded to my enquiry I could tell every part of the process would be done with my little Marjorie’s best interest in mind. From the moment we got there, Kevin made us feel totally at ease. It was clear to me how good Kevin is with dogs, with such a calming and kind nature. It put any nerves I had out of mind straight away because I could tell immediately just how safe and professional of an environment we we...

It put any nerves I had out of mind straight away because I could tell immediately just how safe and professional of an environment we were in, and that we were in safe hands. It’s a slow process for us because Marjorie’s confidence was very low to start with and I did not want to rush it at all, but thanks to Kevin and everyone at Jump, their patience, expertise, understanding and knowledge with all things dog/water related, we are making small but noticeable improvements each and every time. The benefits for her health, fitness, mobility & flexibility long term are next level, and especially with her being a brachycephalic dog, that is a super important aspect for me, but also it’s something different and an activity we can do together each week, to have fun and stimulate her physically and mentally. She’s full of energy and this absolutely wipes her out for the rest of the day…so even those of you out there that have dogs that are difficult to tire, I can’t recommend this enough. Visiting Jump each Sunday is something we look forward too so much now, I cannot speak highly enough of this facility and the team of amazing & skilled dog-loving trainers that run it. Whether your dog is a competent, confident swimmer/jumper and you want a safe & controlled environment to go and have fun together, or if you haven’t tried your dog swimming before but would love to start them under some expert guidance, then do not hesitate to get in touch with these guys. It could be one of the best things you do for your dog.

This was our first time at Jump in Dog therapy and it was absolutely brilliant. Kevin who was overseeing our fun swim was so kind, patient and gentle with my dog and I. Jump is Dog therapy is a very organised business and I particularly thought the set up of the one way dog system was very beneficial to the experience. My dog Luna absolutely loved her fun swim and by the end was enjoying making some big splashes! I even got in the pool and was able to bond and spend some time with my dog doing what we love the best...

Our dogs LOVE this pool. We go regularly for them to have a safe swim in an environment free from blue green algae. They howl as soon as we stop the car because they know where they are. They can't contain their excitement. Both dogs have learnt to jump off the platform, and Billy can now dive under water. They are always exhausted when we leave, so we have a nice quiet night - win win. The staff are so knowledgeable and experienced and really know and love dogs. I can't recommend them enough.

Our boys LOVE jump in! Our Northern Inuit adores swimming, so we knew he’d have the best time. But our golden retriever guide dog foster puppy has also had the best time! My NI can be a bit aloof with people but both staff members we’ve had, he’s made fast friends which is lovely to see when he’s not always a fan of people. We’ve had nothing but positive experiences and can’t wait to come back!
