About this listing

This page brings together public contact details, location information, service tags and review signals to help owners decide what to ask next. It is not a clinical recommendation, inspection report or confirmation that a centre is suitable for a specific dog.

If your dog is recovering from injury, living with arthritis, rebuilding after surgery or struggling with mobility, contact your vet before booking. A good centre should be willing to explain referral requirements, assessment steps and how sessions are adapted for your dog's health and confidence.

Confirm current services, therapist availability, prices and suitability directly with the centre before travelling.

Questions to ask before booking

  • Do you require veterinary referral or consent?
  • Who assesses my dog before the first session?
  • Do you recommend pool work, treadmill work or physiotherapy?
  • How do you monitor water hygiene and safety?
  • Can you provide reports for my vet or insurer?

Before your first appointment

Bring your dog's diagnosis if known, medication details, vet referral notes, insurance requirements and a clear summary of recent symptoms. Tell the centre if your dog is nervous, reactive, water-shy or has handling sensitivities.

Local area

Owners searching in London may also compare nearby providers in England. Check travel time, parking, accessibility and whether the centre can accommodate your dog's size, mobility and confidence level.

Always speak with your vet before starting hydrotherapy, physiotherapy or rehabilitation. If your dog is in pain, injured or unwell, contact a vet promptly.

My dog has never been a fan of water, so I didn’t think hydrotherapy would be something that could work for her, but thanks to Gina and Jay at FlowMotion she is making such good progress. They were so patient and up for the challenge of coaxing her in! They have also given me so much good advice - about changes to her diet, changes to how we exercise, they showed me how to help massage her muscles and so many other tips that have massively helped improve my dog’s life. Having used another company before without much success I was a bit dubious but I can’t believe how wonderful they are at FlowMotion and how much of a difference it has made - well worth the weekly trip east!

I’m extremely satisfied with my experience at FlowMotion and would highly recommend it. 1) It really works. My golden retriever got back and knees problems and she started to limp and her legs were shaking after long walks. We saw improvements after a few sessions and after 12 all the trembling was gone my dog was capable of long walks and jumps again. It was an amazing progress. 2) The staff are highly professional, they know what they are doing, very attentive to the dog and very nice people as well. I had a plea...

I had a pleasure of sessions with 3 different specialists and they were all brilliant. 3) It’s fun for the dog. My dog was really looking forward to each session. She normally hates washing but here she is jumping into the bath to get to the pool as quickly as possible. It felt like it’s not an exercise therapy but like I’m throwing a party for my dog. Thank you so much and all the best!

We had a fantastic experience at FlowMotion! From the very beginning, the team made sure our reactive dog, Jim, felt safe and supported. A special thank you to Eleanor, our hydrotherapist—she was incredibly calm, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. Her gentle and confident approach made a world of difference for Jim, and it was clear she genuinely cared about his comfort and well-being. The facilities at FlowMotion are clean, peaceful, and thoughtfully set up—ideal for dogs who need a calm environment. Jim respo...

Jim responded so well to the sessions and came away more relaxed and happy each time. We’re so grateful to have found a place that truly understands and respects dogs as individuals. Highly recommend FlowMotion to anyone, especially if your dog needs extra care or a more tailored approach.

We took our Dachshund, who has hip dysplasia and spinal kyphosis, to Flow Motion for hydrotherapy and physiotherapy on our vet’s recommendation, and we were not disappointed. We took our Dachshund, who has hip dysplasia and spinal kyphosis, to Flow Motion for hydrotherapy and physiotherapy on our vet’s recommendation, and we were not disappointed. The entire team are amazing!!! extremely knowledgeable, kind, and supportive. Our dog is very anxious, was initially reluctant to enter the water, and can be reactive when touched or handled by unfamiliar people. The team were incredibly patient and encouraging, always working at her pace. Over the course of the sessions, they took the time to build trust and a positive relationship with her, supporting her confidence both in and out of the water. The sessions themselves were invaluable, but they also provided us with plenty of practical advice and exercises to do at home between sessions, which really helped with her progress and long-term maintenance. We were consulted at every step of the process, and when our dog began showing improvements, they carefully talked us through a graduation plan, taking our thoughts and concerns into consideration. They also supported us with submitting our insurance claim—something we usually find very stressful—removing that burden so we could focus entirely on our dog’s recovery. From start to finish, it is clear how passionate and committed the team are to what they do. I cannot recommend Flow Motion highly enough

We took our dog to FlowMotion while recovering from knee surgery. It was an immediate relief meeting the staff - they were knowledgeable, kind, and gave us helpful suggestions from session to session. The space is clean and well maintained. We saw such a big improvement in our dog’s mobility, and enjoyed our sessions so much, it was bittersweet when they were over. For anyone who’s looking for support for their dog’s mobility or needing expert physio help, this is the place to go.
