Took my four beloved spaniels for their first session with Jess today. The experience exceeded my expectations totally. Jess is knowledgeable and professional, She showed me how to get the best experience for the boys and they loved it! All four didn’t make a sound on the hour long journey home, they were all worn out! Thank you Jess, we will be back soon

I took my dogs here yesterday, It was such great fun, for the dogs and myself. Jess was incredible, so kind and patient. My boy dog who is usually confident in the water wasn't sure at all, she went out of her way to help me with him. My younger dog must have been a mermaid in a previous life because I couldn't get her out of there. Fun all round and super worn out pups! A big win in a border collie household. 🥳😁

Jess was so welcoming and encouraging. We had such a better experience with her guidance and assistance (and another pair of hands) I'd highly recommended not trying to do your dogs first swim alone. We had so much fun, he went from being unsure and unimpressed when I lifted him, to doing laps and jumping in! He looked very disappointed when we got out to go home!

This was our first time here and we loved it. Parking is tight m, but ok if only one car. Just be careful of cars going down the lane. There was a field opposite where we could have a tinkle before going in. We were met at the door and once in given instructions. We opted to go in with our dog, but the owner was on hand to monitor our dog and gave lots of advice as our dog has injuries from where he was a working dog. There is a small screened area to change after. Lots of toys and clean.

My pup Skipper can be very nervous of new people but Jess took her time and was incredibly patient with him! Skipper loves swimming and to watch him enjoy it with another person was amazing 🤩 can’t thank Jess enough for her patience and love towards ensuring Skipper had the best experience with her :)
