Brilliant venue to bring your pet to swim in a safe environment and provide 1 to 1 coaching in the water to guide you and your pets for a closer bond whilst swimming. Our Milo is usually nervous around new people and instantly loved Anna and Grace which is amazing! Anna and Grace are brilliant at what they do and they provided plenty of photography of our session. We will 100% be looking to make this a regular session!

Excellent experience. Our dogs loved it at Tidal Paws. The staff were professional, knowledgeable and really friendly. The facilities are great, they have a toilet, changing room and plenty of parking. Our boys left smelling fantastic (a quick wash is included in the price) and well exercised. At £40 for 30 minutes of swimming (that's for both dogs, not per dog) I think it is well worth it. The owner (Grace) took loads of pics and videos which were sent to us at no extra cost. We've booked in for another swim sess...

I took my dog Woody for his very first swim here today, and since he’s a nervous dog, I was quite apprehensive about how the experience would go. Megan and the staff instantly made Woody feel calm and safe. They let him take everything at his own pace, and by the end of the session he was absolutely loving it and had gained so much confidence. I will definitely be back — I can’t recommend Tidal Paws enough!

Grace gave lots of great information when I called and is such a lovely lady. We booked and when we went she was great and talked me through it all. Don't arrive more than 5 mins before, she won't get able yo get to the door. We signed health forms. Grace fitted his harness whilst I went to the bathroom (dogs are allowed to go in if needed or wanted). Grace told me where to safely got into the small pool via some steps. She then helped in my 1 year old scared Golden Retriever. Proof not all dogs instinctively swim....

Proof not all dogs instinctively swim. She went round 2 or 3 times with him and went to the ramp for a few seconds rest. He really was quite scred bless him. Grace was wonderful and we both reassured him whilst he was moving around. After a few times I had a go. Grace took lots of pics and videos. He did so well in our session. We let him go when it was time, he got out. We were in the pool chatting, he came back to the ramp, and when I called him, he did a huge leap into the pool and swam to me! Huge progress! We were so proud! I will probably book another 1 or 2 lessons as he's still a bit nervous but this has helped so much! I will add, if you have a wetsuit, wear it! My boy is huge and was panicked, he's really scratched and bruised my legs badly. I might try beach shoes as well, my feet kept slipping. I love that they've been careful how to treat the pool. The room didn't smell strong like pools do. It was cooler for the dogs but fine once in! You're moving lots! Afterwards my boy had a special dog shower! He's smells better than he ever has! Grace even told me how to dry his ears and what to be careful of when he's wet as this breeds ears can easily get infections if not dried properly. Grace was lovely, professional, really informative. We drove 45 min to get there, it was so worth it! We'll be back! His confidence has grown so much in a short time, he's still a lnervous but this was brilliant for him, i loved that we could do it together and I feel that in itself is really reassuring for nervous dogs. Teaching them to swim is so important. THANK YOU GRACE!! We loved it! X
