Following an accident that left our 11-year-old Sprocker Spaniel, Sam, with a spinal injury, our vet recommended Emma for treatment. She came highly recommended as an expert in her field, and from our experience, she has been exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely caring in her approach. Emma carried out a thorough and thoughtful assessment of Sam’s injury and gently helped him build confidence working in the water. Sam absolutely adores Emma and her team, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone seeking hydrotherapy support for their dog.

I’ve been taking my dog Eadie to Emma for just over a year following an illopsoas injury. Emma is extremely knowledgeable, using a variety of techniques to support her gain strength and muscle back as Eadie competes nationally at dog agility. Eadie loves the water treadmill and I have continued with her weekly sessions due to the huge improvement I have seen in Eadie’s muscle strength. More recently my puppy Eva has started learning to swim in the large hydrotherapy pool. Emma has been extremely patient working with a nervous puppy who was initially reluctant of water. Eva is now a confident swimmer, jumping in and enjoying retrieving the floating toys. Emma treats all dogs as if they were her own, with love and kindness. Both my dogs love to go to swimming with Emma. Both the pool and treadmill are clean and warm, dogs have a shower after their swim and are then blow dried to make sure they are dry after their swim, especially with the weather being so cold. Emma and the team at Malvern Canine Hydrotherapy are extremely knowledgeable and fully qualified. The centre has convenient parking right outside and is easy to find. Whether your dog is recovering from an injury, has a life long disability such as arthritis or just wants to have fun and learn to swim I cannot recommend highly enough Emma and the team at Malvern Canine Hydrotherapy. They are simply outstanding.

Our Spaniel Brie has been visiting Emma & Jo for a number of years to keep on top of her hip issues. Brie loves going and spending time on the treadmill. Emma & Jo are friendly and offer great advice. Brie also loves the sausage roll she once stole from the desk!!!

Our 17 year old lurcher was starting to have issues with mobility in his back legs and we were recommended Malvern Canine Hydrotherapy by our vets. We met Emma and she talked us through what we could expect. She was so kind, gentle and loving with Jake and helped him greatly. We cannot thank Emma and Jo enough for giving him better mobility, quality of life and extra time with us, it meant he could have a few more holidays and still walk on the beach which he loved. We are so very grateful for this. I would no...

A superb facility, with friendly, knowledgeable, passionate and honest Staff. Good sized Hydrotherapy pool and water treadmill. We requested our vet refer one of our dogs to Emma at Malvern Canine Hydrotherapy due to him experiencing pain in his hips. (The vet had completed investigations and decided no treatment was necessary). Within a couple of sessions Emma wasn't happy with our fur babies diagnosis and strongly suggested we got a second opinion. We did and Bailey received a much needed hip replacement. Bailey'...

Bailey's Hydrotherapy is essential to his ongoing recovery and keeping him fit and strong. Without Emma and Jo at Malvern Canine Hydrotherapy I don't think Bailey would still be here. Can't thank or praise them enough. No hesitation in recommending Emma, Jo and this facility.
