Moredge Hydrotherapy Centre

I have recently started taking my golden retriever to Moredge following a spinal injury. After speaking with them on the phone, they contacted the vet for referral and had my boy booked in within the week. The first session is a little longer and slightly more expensive as they do a complete history and a half hour session to begin with. The staff are friendly, patient, amazing with my boy and explain what they are doing and why. I would highly recommend anyone to use their service. They have the underwater treadmill as well as a pool. The pricing is very reasonable for the difference it has made in recovery.

I take my dog for hydrotherapy here (swimming lessons to her) as she is an older dog, has arthritis, double hip dysplasia, old cruciate ligament injury, and a touch of doggy dementia. Poppy was scared at first, not knowing what to expect, but after the 1st session, she loves it! She gets to swim and play fetch in the pool. The water supports her joints. Her walks now are short and tend to go in squares (dementia), so I'm sure she gets bored. We have a huge garden but she doesn't want to play... when in the pool, she is like her younger self. We usually have Zoe, who is very professional and an all-around lovely person. If it were cheaper, I'd take her more often just because she loves it.
