I honestly can’t recommend Katie and Chloe enough! From the moment we arrived, they made both me and Tilly feel completely at ease. I honestly can’t recommend Katie and Chloe enough! From the moment we arrived, they made both me and Tilly feel completely at ease. Their kindness, patience and genuine love for dogs really shines through in everything they do. After having our first consultation we decided to go for the enhanced mobility programme, as we know Little Tilly is going to need continuous hydro, I thought this was the best option and knowing I could text Katie with any concerns put my mind at ease, The hydrotherapy sessions have been amazing. They took the time to understand Tilly’s needs and made the whole experience calm, safe and actually really fun for her. It’s incredible to see how much she’s improved already, Katie and Chloe are incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but what really stands out is how much they truly care, You can tell this isn’t just a job for them – it’s a passion. If anyone is considering hydrotherapy for their dog, I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend them. Tilly absolutely loves going, and that says everything! Thank you for taking such wonderful care of her 🐾

My two dogs love coming here for treadmill, pool and laser therapy. Very positive, fun, clean environment with structured treatments suited to each dog. Helps loosen up any injuries and stiffness, and keeps them fit for agility! They get very excited now when I pull up in the car ❤️

After having surgery for a Ruptured Cruciate Ligament our dog Flint was left with weakness and stiffness of the leg. Hydrotherapy was recommended to us, as Rosecroft had just installed a treadmill hydrotherapy tank, we enrolled him there. The equipment is first class and Katie was caring and welcoming from day one. After each session it was noticeable that his leg function improved and gaining muscle strength again. After a few sessions he is nearly back to full strength. We can only praise the good work she has...

Katie and her team are lovely and do a fantastic job. Marley is always well looked after and since he has started hydrotherapy he no longer has a limp.

Ziggy is 14 months old and started his hydrotherapy journey in February 2025. Ziggy started due to him having elbow dysplasia. Katie is amazing with him and is very patient with him even when he is having his tired toddler moments. He has come on leaps and bounds since starting and I have seen an improvement with his elbows. I would highly recommend Rosecroft Canine rehabilitation centre and Katie 100%.
