Absolutely brilliant , would highly recommend. Zoe has been absolutely amazing, from 12 weeks old she has helped ease my Bernese Mountain Dog “Milo” into learning how to swim. He’s been going every two weeks. Zoe started him off by allowing him to wear a life jacket , easing him into feeling comfortable being in water, he has now been swimming with Zoe for about 6-8 times. Each time the service has been exceptional. His confidence is growing in water , and he is able to get some great exercise with low stress...

His confidence is growing in water , and he is able to get some great exercise with low stress on the joints. Zoe has an exceptional level of expertise , she goes above and beyond , she always provides hints and tips which have been a god send. For example , ways at home to help him improve his maneuverability, such as lifestyle choices for him and ways to improve his fitness. Also received great nutritional advice , or recommendations on toys and puzzles to keep him occupied at home. They really do it all here can’t recommend enough! As you can see from the photos attached , the first one is around the time Milo was introduced to swimming and then to the last photo where his confidence really began to take off and he jumped in willingly !

Where to start! I would first like to say the very few negative reviews are to be dismissed. They do not honestly reflect the business or Zoe herself. I have a extremely large Greman Shepherd and I have just returned from my 3rd hour session with Zoe (4 weeks apart). The only thing I regret it not brining him sooner. I was considering it on and off for many years with my last GSD. Then considering it for well over a year with Prince. The BEST thing I did was book in, for my first trip we have to do a 40 minutes car ride to get there, I was nervous but as soon as I got there I was welcomed by Zoe. She knew it was our first time and told me what the plan would be, I was always going to go in the water as well, as my lump (doggo) is clingy. Zoe put a life jacket on him as we were unsure on how he would be with not going before. Despite me pulling him off the ramp to get in and after his first quick in and out, we let him calm and readjust. Zoe took it at Prince's pace to get him used to swimming. He was in and out whenever he wanted all session. By half way through the booking he was getting on and off the ramp on his own while fetching the balls we threw into the water. Zoe then also helped me shower Prince, he has never been a fan of showers even if he loves the pools! He would lay down or move and we just went with the flow of it. I even got a spray down after! Prince and I then went into the human changing room so I could dry off and change. After we went to pay and then book in for 4 weeks later. Session two - Prince came into the water on his own and after 10 minutes the life jacket came off and he was swimming without it! Session Three - Today's Prince jumped straight into the water himself, and was playing with his balls as happy as could be. We let him get in and out when he wanted to. At one point, as soon as Prince saw us move he would come back. So the next time we both stayed still to ensure he had full control of when he wanted to come back in. Prince is such a fidget when having his shower to the point Zoe got on the floor with him to ensure he was comfortable and clean! We have booked in for our 4th time in 4 weeks! Over all I would like to thank the team for not only providing animals experiences, safe, fun way to exercising and promoting good health for fur babies but also the kindness they show. Zoe is one of the most down to earth, genuine but  proffesional person I have ever met. She is extremely experienced and qualified in dogs of multiple breeds and amazing with large dogs. You always see a gap when it comes to the services and/or choice of services for big dogs. Bare in mind my Prince is 50KG but he is such a big baby and adores Zoe and the Team. For anyone reading the reviews, You can see how amazing the team are for all the positive reviews. I would say go for it! Book in as soon as you can, you'll never regret it. A genuine honest review.

We had a fantastic time taking our 4 month old golden Retriever and 5yr old chocolate labrador swimming for the first time in a pool today! Brett was fantastic and helped us be confident in teaching both dogs what to do whilst also having lots of fun. We will return again for lots of fun!

What a great change from just going for a walk! Large pool for dogs! The owner's can also get in the pool, as I did. It's around 5 metre's by 10, maybe bigger, I didn't take a tape measure. Plenty of dog life jackets available, also shower facilities for you and your dog after their session. Our dog's thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The edge of the ramp can be slippy when wet, and our dog's are not the smartest, so did slip a couple of times, but soon got the hang on where to walk. If you are wanting to do something...

If you are wanting to do something a bit different, I give this a huge thumbs up. If you dog has a favourite ball or toy, then take it with you, although there are plenty of toys there, mine are just particular with their own balls. There is also a grooming salon here, which was a surprise.

We've been taking our pup to aqua pups! An absolutely amazing and accommodating place. Zoe and Connie are amazing with Skye and we're so grateful they're taking the time to learn what helps a stubborn beagle! Can't wait for the next aquapup session ❤️
