Thank you Duncan and Scarlet for looking after Tess so well today. We don't like to miss a week at hydrotherapy, even when we are on holiday so I contacted The Retreat a couple of months ago to make arrangements for a session whilst were are in Devon this week. Very smooth process, 1st class facilities, and very receptive to us and our German Shepherd. I would wholeheartedly recommend.

Helene and Scarlett are excellent. Great facility. Winnie loves them both and covers them with kisses!!. She really enjoys her hydrotherapy sessions and seems a lot more comfortable with her hip dysplasia. I would highly recommend their services.

Massively recommend. Absolutely made up with our Bernese Mountain dog’s progress. The confidence Ernie’s gained in just 3 sessions is remarkable. Helen, Scarlet & Duncan have been wonderful, super attentive and patient, it’s clear to see, how much they enjoy what they’re doing.

Absolutely amazing team!! So knowledgeable, kind & patient- my 3 year old German Shepherd has hip dysplasia and the team have been fantastic, she absolutely loves them and I have noticed such an improvement in her mobility and fitness from the pool and water treadmill! They also do puppy swims which I can not wait to start with my pup very soon! Can not rate the Cainine Retreat enough- highly recommend 🥰
