The Retreat Canine Hydrotherapy & Rehabilitation Centre

I have no reservations in saying that this is the best, most caring place I have ever taken my dog. We have been coming for over a year now for hydrotherapy for my handful of a Labrador and there has never been one 'off' appointment. Every member of staff puts their patient first and have given me an example of the gold standard of how she should be treated by all pet professionals such as groomers and vets. I look forward to the fortnightly visits as much as my dog does and for a dog who puts the breaks on when going in to vets/groomers, the way she bounds in to The Retreat and can't wait to say hello to everyone who is around says it all. Thank you for all you all do for Nova and all you've taught me about her/how she should be treated!

I (along with my two dogs) could not recommend The Retreat highly enough. I have been taking Eugene for over 2 years and his sister, De'Lacy, for a little less time...but I couldn't count the number of times I have had to credit Danielle and the rest of the team when someone is surprised at their age if I stop to have a chat on a dog walk. Not only are they both in really amazing form for their age due to their monthly visits to the centre, but they both absolutely love to go; the excitement in both of them when they know where we're going speaks volumes. Thank you for giving them such a noticeable improvement in their senior years.
