We cannot thank Steph enough for her care and attention with our boy Arnie. He has loved his hydro sessions and improved so much that we were able to take him on holiday within 11 months of his IVDD operation (with a set back at 6 months). We cant recommend this company enough, Vicky has also helped us on a couple of sessions when Steph was away and we get the same care, and sensational treatment. We look forward to continuing to see the team to keep Arnie in shape. A little photo to inspire people at the beginning...

I don’t normally do reviews. What do you believe on the internet these days! But Vikki has been a real life saver. Haig my black lab Labrador was finished as a gundog after a back injury, 6 years ago. Since then, he has been to Vikki for hydrotherapy every month, since his initial consultation. I was hoping to get his mobility back, but we’ve been far luckier than that, he’s returned back to working a three day week. The transformation has been incredible, due to incredible veterinary care and Vikki’s hydro. Can’t...

Our 4 year old terrier arrived at the centre eight weeks post surgery. She was depressed uncomfortable and still wearing two collars 24/7 to protect her tail stump. Tilly's not a lover of water but with Steph's gentle encouragement she soon relaxed, almost enjoyed the warm water but absolutely loved the back massage and treats 🐶. Thank you so much Steph for your magic touch and professionalism. I cannot find the right words to express how grateful we are to have our happy terrier back and would totally recommend...

Dizzy has been having underwater treadmill sessions with Steph, and we have had such a wonderful experience. Dizzy has a few spinal issues, and we use the sessions to build up fitness. Steph is so patient, knowledgeable and helpful. Dizzy secretly loves her sessions, and often gets the zoomies afterwards!

Pluto has been going to visit Vikki and Steph for 8 months now. He's a Romanian street dog who came to me as a front leg amputee with no strength in his back end. Vikki has done some physio sessions with him and given me exercises to do at home, and he goes for a swim in the pool every other week. The difference in Pluto is amazing, he has so much more strength, a better spread of weight over his remaining legs, and has lost a lot of the excess weight he desperately needed to lose in order to keep going. The difference in Pluto is amazing, he has so much more strength, a better spread of weight over his remaining legs, and has lost a lot of the excess weight he desperately needed to lose in order to keep going. Pluto always charges in to see Vikki and Steph, not just because of their wonderful treats, but because they're both so friendly and supportive and he absolutely adores them. I'm so grateful they came up on my google search when I was looking for somewhere to help Pluto, it's changed his life (he couldn't jump on the windowsill before...) Vikki also came out and did a physio session for my old horse which she loved, and will be out to see the new one once I get around to booking it in...
