We can’t recommend this hydrotherapy service highly enough. The support they’ve given our retired police dog, Coty, has been outstanding. Josie is amazing—understanding, confident, and completely at ease working around former working dogs. Her knowledge and care have been invaluable in supporting Coty’s muscle repair and recovery following complex spinal surgery. We’re incredibly grateful for her dedication and expertise.

We’ve been bringing our Great Dane, Wilson, to Waves Canine Hydrotherapy to help build his strength and support his fitness as he grows—being a giant breed, he’s growing fast and feeling those growing pains! We’ve been bringing our Great Dane, Wilson, to Waves Canine Hydrotherapy to help build his strength and support his fitness as he grows—being a giant breed, he’s growing fast and feeling those growing pains! From the very first visit, Josie and the team have been incredible. So welcoming, reassuring, and clearly passionate about what they do. Josie especially has been amazing with Wilson—patient, gentle, and always encouraging him in just the right way. She completely gets that he’s a big softie and a total mummy’s boy! No question ever feels silly, and I’ve never once felt rushed or like I’m asking too much. It’s such a comfort knowing he’s in expert hands with people who genuinely care. Wilson’s getting stronger each session and actually looks forward to going now (even if he pretends otherwise at first!). We’re so grateful to have found Waves—thank you Josie for everything you do.

We just want to say thank you to Josie and the team for helping our dog, Hugo get his zest for life back. He has developed muscles like a young dog again. He loves the girls at Waves, they put him through his regime. Our vet told us about Waves, as he has arthritis. He's so much better, he can run and jump about much more now. Can't thank you enough and a special woof from Hugo. X Carol Morford.

Our old golden oldie Hope has had four sessions and we think it’s done her the world of good. She really enjoys her swimming and loves Josie who is really so understanding of Hopes needs. Waves is always spotlessly clean and parking is good and wound highly recommended Waves hydrotherapy. Hopes fitness and weight has improved.

Willow and Dudley had so much fun with Josie at this amazing place right on our doorstep. Once the dogs were measured and fitted for their float coats; they were off! Willow’s experience was for fun and she didn’t take much persuading to jump in and swim. Dudley is an old anxious boy but Josie was so patient with him and eventually he was swimming. We’ve booked Dudley in for more sessions to help with his arthritis; thank you Josie for your patience with him.
